What you get
The basics for €150 per month excl. VAT. For €1,800 per year you get a new website, your own CRM and email marketing plus two requests every month for each channel: your site, Google, AI, Google Ads or Meta. Design and build are part of your subscription, with three feedback rounds. Texts and photos come from you.

Up to 15 pages, on our own server in the Netherlands. We take care of backups and updates.
Your own CRM and email marketing
Every enquiry from your site goes straight into your CRM. You follow it up until it becomes a customer. And you send your newsletter from the same portal. The HubSpot alternative, without the HubSpot price.
Two requests per month, for every channel
A new project on your site, a better ad or a change so AI mentions you. You email it and we take care of it. Up to 4 hours of work per month in total, which cannot be saved up.

Questions
Can donors give online?
Yes. We can add a payment button with iDEAL and credit card. So someone can give in a few taps, also on a phone.
Does this suit a larger organisation?
For larger charities we work on your existing website. We start with a free baseline measurement of your visibility in Google and AI. See the page Charities and NGOs.
Can we send emails to donors?
Yes. You do that from your own portal, with your donors in your CRM. Would you like us to create and send the email every month? That is possible for €75 per month.
Can we advertise in Google for free?
Often you can. With registered charity status you can apply for Google Ad Grants. Then you get up to 10,000 dollars per month to advertise. We handle the application and the management.
Who keeps the site up to date when our volunteer stops?
We do. That is what the subscription is for. You email your wish and we take care of it.
Is the site safe for donor data?
The site runs on our own server in the Netherlands with a secure connection. We only store what is needed.
