Yes. Your own CRM with pipeline and newsletter is part of the basic plan of €150 per month. You log in to your own portal.

Yes. Every form on your site creates a contact and a deal right away. You get an email when something comes in.

Yes. You export them as a CSV or Excel file and paste them into your portal. Or you send the file to us and we add them for you.

Only if they said yes to it. That is why new subscribers confirm by email themselves. After an import the newsletter stays off until someone gives permission. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.

HubSpot is software you run yourself. With us the software is included and we do the work. HubSpot does offer more: advanced automations with branches, lead scoring and tools for large sales teams. Do you need those? Then HubSpot is a better fit.

HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional and Content Hub Professional together cost over 1,300 euros per month. Plus over 2,600 euros to get started. With us you pay 150 euros per month with no setup costs.

Your data is stored on our own server in the Netherlands. Only you and we have access. You can always download your full list as a CSV file.

Yes. In your portal you switch on marketing automations. For example a welcome email after sign-up, a follow-up email a few days after a request and a review request after a job you won. Each contact gets an automation once.

Yes. Each colleague gets their own invitation and chooses their own password.

Then you download your contacts as a CSV file and take them with you. Your list stays yours.
