What is a CRM?
A CRM is a system where you keep track of all your customers and contacts. For each contact you see who it is, what was discussed and where it stands.
CRM stands for customer relationship management. Put simply: your customer list, but smart.
A pipeline shows which enquiries are still open, which quotes are out and what you have won.
It works best when forms on your website go straight into your CRM. Then you don't have to retype anything.
Real-life example
A landscaper kept track of enquiries in his inbox. With a CRM he sees every Monday which quotes are still open. He calls those back.
